How might we align and create clarity for a plant-based food company's brand and products in a rapidly-changing industry?
Since 1924, Ferris Coffee & Nut has refined the craft of hand-sourcing and roasting coffee and nuts from around the world. With a near 100 year-old legacy, they have developed an extensive line of new products, retail storefronts, a new brand and, more recently, a focus on specialty coffee. We helped them gain a deeper understanding of their customers, refine branding, and design a new packaging system.
Acting on the branding & product strategy, a new packaging system was designed. The new system allows over 50 different coffees to each have their own unique branding and story.
Researching and talking with customers, roasters, and the business helped create a deep understanding and approach to the project. After a dozen packaging concepts, many iterations and meetings, the project ended with the successful launch of the packaging.
