Overview
I’m Philip Han, a senior product designer with 11 years of experience across consumer, enterprise, and early-stage products where the challenge extends beyond interface design.
I combine product thinking, UX craft, and systems-level design to help teams make sense of complexity, create clarity, and move products forward.
Most recently I led UX Design to improve destination discovery, improve trip planning, and on-mountain experiences for the Ikon Pass ↗ app.
Previously, I designed revenue-critical tools and visionary concepts for Allē ↗. I redesigned the partner onboarding and optimized the order management experience for Wayfair ↗.
I also designed the MVP for the carbon accounting platform for Ecologi Zero ↗, a medical career network for Triad ↗, and a work performance platform for Radicl Work ↗
